Yes, you heard me, I HATE IT.

Yard Work.

I just mowed the lawn for the first time this year and I'm already fed up with it.

I don't like yard work and I don't want to do it anymore.

I hate the trees in my back yard, I hate picking up the twigs and branches that fall, I hate raking. I hate trimming and then sweeping up afterwords.

I don't like the rocks I've used to landscape, I can't get all of the leafs out of them.

I hate my yard and I hate yard work.

I see this turning into an illegal immigration thread real quick.

I hate yard work too! I'll be blowing dried leaves, shoveling the mess onto the street and cursing my fate! I tell y'all: I hate working hard under the sun. Now I've got a farmers tan, all dark on the forearms and pasty pale on the rest of me. It's not fair! I know you can hear me 'G-d'! Ahh, but the result of a clean yard is priceless.

Either hire a young person looking for a summer job..or...
BUY A GOAT! He'll mow the lawn and fertilize it all in one shot!!!

I can't afford to pay someone.... and I'm inside the city limits.... no goats.

This one's easy. Leave it. Just let it go "au natural" (that's the look you're going for if anyone asks) It's be a small nature reserve in the bustling city. Foxes,birds,tramps,ickle mices and stuff will take refuge in your wilderness.

Not only do you get out of ever doing any yard work again,but you're contributing to the enviroment (man)

Yes I have the dictinct feeling when the SHTF people will gladly accept the FEMA death camps over what it takes to be self sufficent. Really.

cut down all the dead trees, that's what we did and we didn't have to pick up any leaves this year. Or you can leave the things there to decompose. Or mow the lawn for faster decomposition.

It's simple elevatedone just move out here in the desert.
No grass to mow or trees with leaves to rake up.
The cacti can be nasty at times tho.
You can have goats or whatever you want. Not many rules or
regulations. If there is....they're not enforced.:w:
Oh yea, there are a few rocks. You just plow them under and
they grow back, during the next rainy season. That doesn't
happen too often tho. lol Than, if your're lucky like me NOT!
They will build a huge prison in your backyard. You could get
the cons to clear out the sagebrush for free! :shk:

Do you have any neices, nephews or kids that owe you any money?

If my calculations are correct, I have free babysitting and yardwork for the next three years. And believe me, I use it!

My teenager is finally old enough to mow this summer. Yeh!!!!!!

Unfortunatly most cities will not let you go au natural with your yard.

I hate yard work too but in a way I got lucky. We bought a house with a small yard and the only big tree on the lot got knocked down by straight line winds the day before we looked at the house. So hardly any leaves in our yard. I think it took my fiance about a half an hour to mow the lawn the first and only time he has done so, so far.

Yard work... hmm... well since I don't have a yard...

As Mr. Gurgelgurgle always used to say sometimes, "If you don't want to do yard work then don't have a yard! Or just don't do it."
