The first video describe Tesla's technology used to create HAARP.

(My observation is the metallic chem-trails may be being used to help HAARP experiments in simulated ionicspheric disruption patterns to affect health ...such disruption prevents sheltering us from sunshine, which then eats us up)

The second video describes Tesla's technology used for weather warfare and also for mind control.
