Not sure about London, but there are parts of Manchester that suffer from EXTREME poverty compared to Southern parts of England.

The gap of wealth between North and South in England is shocking. My friend recently moved from the South East up. He was considered working class, on a fair wage, in the South but is ranked as a "middle income" earner in Liverpool

Well, I've been to Tijuana and Ensenada and seen plenty of film and pictures of what Mexico City is like. No way I'd want any U.S. cities turning into cesspools like those. But that is exactly what will happen if mass illegal immigration is allowed to continue.
