Okay agreed. I will not speak anymore of the man... but let my comments stand as they are.

If John Lear had outlandish theories.. so what? Who said he has to be right, hes entertaining at least. And who says hes any more wrong than anybody else on this site? 99% of the stuff on this site has no explanation or proof. Its a shame he got 'suicided' but we'll probably never know the real story. Just do a search for him on the internet... hes still around.

Last warning everyone, discuss the material in the videos or this thread will be short lived.
Regardless of John being here or not we do not discuss members, we discuss the information brought forward by members. I don't see that happening,

I liked the video. It was a good interview, and my fireplace looks very similar to john lear's fireplace. Does he use it as a climbing wall, as well? Mine's not THAT sturdy.

It was a case of separating the fake from the real.

If no one thinks UFOs or saucers are real, why take it out on anyone.
State you claims and be done with it.
But people do bicker.
I thought some film evidence was accurate to a UFO theory.

Lear saying saucers might be real seems in tune with his theories.

I have no qualms with what looked like Swiss misses flying in saucers.
We got theories that Hitler was saved by a female saucer pilot.

On second thought there's nothing new here anyway, and it seems apparent that both sides of the Lear "issue" are hell bent on either slamming him (which I won't allow) or slamming the slammers.

I miss John Lear and his great wit and sense of humor.

I also want to say that even with the Billy Meier case and most saying he is fake well, many people dealing in this business would disagree with you.

We all have bad days and say and do things we regret at one time or another but here at ATS you can tell who you need to put on ignore for they never say a nice thing or they always put down another.

Reminds me I have to check out the openminds forum to see whats he's up to.
