Why not the "worse case" scenario? You think it wouldn't happen?

What? Urine testing? You mean the violation of someone's personal lifestyle? Because that's the people will say if you're trying to keep guys with a little smack habit out of the bus driving industry. That's discrimination.

Urine testing already happens. Where the Hell have you been? It's not discrimination. You have to have a special license to drive a bus. Testing you for drugs is part of maintaining that license. If you don't like that don't drive a bus. Discrimination? What are you, 6? Do you even know what that word means?

Pot probably isn't any worse than booze, but you're talking the legalization of all drugs. Crank, crack, acid, all that is also in the Pandoras Box of drugs.

Acid isn't dangerous if it isn't cut too heavily, and if you're careful with it. The science is in on that. As for the others, well, if they're dangerous enough that idiots use them and overdose, that's a few less idiots to deal with. Seriously, legalizing drugs does not necessarily mean hordes of people will suddenly use drugs. There are some for whom legality is the only issue, but I'd wager that's a small percentage. Legalize, regulate, and tax. Not only will you have happy people, you'll have better control over the drugs they use and what's in those drugs, and you'll have more revenue to boot! It's a win-win situation for everyone except those who profit from the drug war.

Wesley Snipes just increased the criminal population by 1. It goes to show that you can even get several years for misdemeanors, even if your famous. But then, these were tax evasion misdemeanors.

movies.yahoo.com...

I just hope he gets some decent films after he gets out so he can pay off the penalties and interest he owes.
