Name that video game.....Game

Just a little fun with the history of video games.
The game is simple,post a clip of a video game,and then someone has to guess what game it is.
The person answering must also post his/her own video to be answered.
Rules:
1.No clicking on the Youtube/Google link to figure out what game it is.
2.Obviously no posting clips with the name of the game in it.
3.Refer to #1,no cheating.
4.Have fun.

1 point is awarded for getting the name of the game correct.
&
1 point is awarded for getting what console is was on.
(If the game appeared on more than one console,only one is needed)

That looks like the PC game Fallout.

But I'm really kinda guessing. I recognize it but am not intimately familiar.
