That was worth the three minutes to watch, even if it was in Japenese language!

I had no idea an owl could poof out like a peacock, and then turn catlike and skinny!

I havn't seen that owl behaviour before.

So basicaly if it sees a bigger owl it makes itself smaller and maybe tries to look like a branch.

Smaller or similiar size owl than fluff up and make yourself look big and menacing, cool.

By the way I think it is a Southern White-faced Owl.
