am i plagued???

well it all started quite some time ago on my thread about my 2nd encounter with these shadow people which i'll post shortly after this but oddly enough i've been kinda plagued the main things are mats shifting light flickering drawers opening and sounds of someone wandering my house but the thing is at night i seem to be most affected basically one night some thing kept circling round my house tapping and as it happened a shadow gathered at my front door on the inside thats a short summarry of whats been happening i need to know what i can do to rid myself of this and if i am indeed plagued


P.S i believe the encounter was a case of hypnogogia but i'm still not sure
