About 3-5 Minutes ago, i had a possible Aurora sighting. (this is the best i can describe it). no not a sphere or something like that. it was shaped
like a cross flying a good 300-400 ft above the ground making some advanced air force pilot moves. *Fast Rolling*. it wasent a UFO because i heard a
sort of concealed aircraft engine. somewhat able to hear. so whats everyone think? i do live near a air force base.

That's the best you can describe it and it was only 400 ft in altitude?? Hmm..

If it was shaped like a cross, it was not the "supposed" Aurora. Aurora is a hypersonic aircraft which is powered by SC/RAMJets...the concept behind
Aurora does not involve the shape, appearance, and such that you have mentioned.
You sure it wasn't an A-10A Thunderbolt II?
Which base are you near?

According to information in Dan Browns "Deception Point", the aurora is shaped like a flattened American football....
PROJECT AURORA Overhead at 3,000 Miles Per Hour.. (Right Now) The Aurora is one of those secret aircraft that nobody is supposed to know exists, but
everyone does. Even the Discovery Channel has covered Aurora and its testing out at Groom Lake in Nevada. Whether the security leaks have come from
the repeated “skyquakes” heard as far away as Los Angeles, or the unfortunate eyewitness sighting by a North Sea oil rig driller, or the
administrative gaffe that left a description of Aurora in a public copy of the Pentagon budget, nobody will ever know. It hardly matters. The word is
out: The U.S. military has an aircraft capable of Mach 6 flight, and it is no longer on the drawing board. It is in the skies overhead.

Dan Browns info on the Aurora
Now i dont know how correct that info is, but apparently, that is what it is supposed to look like. Take it as you see fit, but if the note in the
beginning of the book is true, then this is real!!! IntelGurl might be able to confirm/deny this info.

Here are some links you may find interesting:
First, ATS's information page about Aurora:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
ATS's Aurora Research Project:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Of Course the search results:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Aurora & the X-30 NASP
www.abovetopsecret.com...
I too believe I've seen the aircraft, and do believe it exists...but I do think that we're looking and thinking of the wrong ideas about it. Good to
see the topic is still in existance.

Yeah 400ft is not that high it could of been anywhere of 5,000ft-30,000ft. Its funny how people misjudge height.

Not sure if my question was overlooked earlier, but which airbase do you happen to be located near? Do they have routine flight plans they go by from
time to time that you know of?

There's a Naval Air Station in Atlanta.
However, Aurora is not a naval craft, to the available information.
I strongly can't believe the sighting, even though I believe in the aircraft.
Here's a link with information on NAS Atlanta:

Off the top of my theres a AFB in South Carolina. Could be a "hop" point for said aircraft. Or the aircraft isn't Air Force but indeed U.S. Navy.
