EU defends biofuel goals amid food crises

Meanhwile Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, head of Nestle, the world's biggest food and beverage company, last month argued that "to grant enormous subsidies for biofuel production is morally unacceptable and irresponsible".

"There will be nothing left to eat," he added.

Ok... so were just going to give up on this while the oil supply is already freakin empty?

Agriculture is something that CAN be grown and produced at an efficient pace. On top of that we can research to yield more product.

Petroleum on the other hand take MILLIONS of years to make,
Look at our pitiful race, we used a few hundred million years worth of oil in a hundred years.

All the world has to do is force more production of agriculture while balancing out the deflation by using them in cars. This way we can feed the people and run the cars while hoping our gas supply can last a bit longer.

BUT NOOO... Greedy companies and governments doesn't approve of these goals because it will cause profit to decrease.

We canNOT give up now
