Bush Administration 'Violated Federal Law' On Children's Health Care

thinkprogress.org

A new Government Accountability Office opinion released yesterday finds that the Bush administration “violated federal law last year when it restricted states’ ability to provide health insurance to children of middle-income families, and its new policy is therefore unenforceable.” Twenty-two states already provide such coverage or want to do so, and several states have filed lawsuits challenging the Bush administration’s rules.

LOL. Am I experiencing de ja vu? Does this seem to be a recurring headline with this endlessly-criminalistic regime?

I think a better question would be what laws HASN'T this administration broken?

And the beat goes on...

*Rolls eyes*
Bush breaking the law? This probably isn't so much "news" anymore as it is just the same things being retold in different variations. Now Bush violating children's health care, that's something that should be put on the media as well to show that the guy should have been out of office long time ago. Also wonder about the people who voted for this guy back when the election was going on. What exactly might they say if they were hammered with stories such as these?

Yes it is a 404 not found a search on the site gave me the link, yet it seems more or less like a blog in my opinion. Should this really be deemed credible?
