Statistically speaking and coming from the child's demeanor and language, i would say your wrong.

Odds are his mother is on welfare, using the very system she constantly criticized. The father is out on the streets gang banging or locked up in the prison system.

Believe me if it were some white hick redneck kid id say something very similar. If his father were killed there odds would be he would have mentioned it.

So...is this kid going to be charged? If not, then I guess the Patriot Act and other "rights squashers" that people rail against on ATS still don't have enough teeth. If you can threaten the President and get away with it, then clearly the laws aren't strong enough.
