Is there a bug to"Reply To" function?

I thought this happened to me several times, but I just realized it happens more often.

When I wish to reply to someone by using the "Reply To" function, it just displays the post but I don't see the "Reply To" beneath my post, so it will be difficult for the reader to realize on to which post I replied.

Did any members encounter this issue?

Yes, this happened to me at least once that I noticed last week.
Recent reply-to's have worked OK tho.
We will see about this one ...

edit to say - i realize i clicked button at the bottom of the page; not the one in your original post - so it was my fault, not a glitch//bug

It happens to me almost every time I attempt to utilize the 'ReplyTo' function....

If you don't see the bracketed "reply to" string in the box, click the "this post" spot in the post you are replying to to reload the page and try it again.

Yeah it worked! At first, I did not see the "reply to" and then I hit "this post" then it's ok.

Does it have to work that way? I mean, how come sometimes even without hitting "this post" you still get the "reply to"

MIne is IE/XP, hey! this reply to function just worked in one click.

I just had to do the little trick to reply to you now.

I've noticed a few glitched like this on ATS. I think things just get hung up a little bit and need a spanking.

The other one I notice is that a new post will come up in one if my subscriptions, or the recent posts board, but when I go to the thread I don't see it. I usually see the hang up with a new post that's supposed to be on at the top of a fresh page. But if you go ahead and post something, it will force the other one through, and it'll finally go up.
