An Ottawa couple has filed a complaint against local police after they came home to find their 10-year-old son handcuffed in a cruiser.

I find this absurd, and its happening in Canada, I know the police have gone a bit too far with this. The parents should either find a good lawyer and sue the force because the kid already is having nightmares
