What is with that?

Why are most of the high humidity spots over major intersections???
I ALWAYS see this.
Is it because there are large lakes around these places, or something else?

Well one thing i noticed about this radar is that the darkest blue spots are localized around the most densly populated area. Once in elementary i heard an obsurd story from a teach that was something like this. A lot of rain storms are caused by the vapors created from cars, factories, etc. I don't exactly know if this is true or not but ur pic somewhat verifies this. i must add that i've never seen a map like this before are you sure its real?
