About denial

When people arrived at the concentration camps in Nazi Germany they found something that looked like a normal train station, complete with timetables and holiday posters.
And they wanted to believe it was a normal train station, who wouldn't ? I am sure they did not want to believe the rumors they have surely heard from the other prisoners

What I forgot to write in the first post : This is why its' so hard to convince the majority of the people of 9/11 for example.
It's frightening, not something they would want to know, it's a normal reaction somehow. Could turn a person's world upside down, I know it happened to me
