Question about footage of Ciano's execution

Has anyone here seen the footage of the execution of Galeazzo Ciano in Verona?

If you have, you may remember there was, among others, an elderly man with a beard (I think) who was also executed. It is clearly visible that he shouted something (actual words) at the moment of his execution.

Could you tell me who he was and what did he shout?
