Cottrell said James R. Wilkinson, deputy national security advisor for communications, last Thursday signed off on the release of the money being held in a Clearing House Interbank Payment System credit account (CHIPS), an account credited to Goldman Sachs and Co. at Citibank.

Wilkinson and Henry M. Paulson, Jr., secretary of the Treasury, are the only two officials with signature approval over the $4.5 trillion Wanta money, but both have failed to comment publicly.

GERMAN AUTHORITIES REISSUE INTERNATIONAL ARREST WARRANTS

The state office of Mme Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, has authorized the re-issuance of warrants issued last December by the ‘ad hoc Tribunal’ of three European Justices in Germany in accordance with the subpoena of the International Court of Justice, for named financial operatives holding high office in Britain, the United States and Germany itself, as well as named central and commercial bankers, to be arrested. Twelve senior US public officials are included on the list of 22 people for whom such warrants are being despatched.

Last December, the US Treasury Secretary, Henry M. Paulson Jr., was arrested on such a warrant after he had been specifically warned not to divert funds illegally but proceeded to do just that, while on German soil. He languished under police custody until ‘exfiltrated’ by British operatives. Subsequently he has been surveiled continually by British agents allegedly working for Tim Spicer’s Sandline operation, which has a contract believed to be worth $350 million with the Pentagon, which cannot trust American agents to carry out its instructions.

U.S. JURISDICTION GIVEN BY SUPREMES TO ICJ (International Court of Justice) WARRANTS

Two US Supreme Court Justices and one retired US Supreme Court Justice, who travelled to Germany immediately following our report posted here at www.worldreports.org on 2nd February 2007, have conveyed US legal power to the Justices of the ‘ad hoc’ Tribunal, for the named perpetrators of massive ongoing financial crimes to be arrested on US soil, as well as elsewhere.

Thus the familiar argument that the writ of the International Court of Justice does not run in the United States has been overturned for the purposes of this widening criminal investigation.

As indicated, it is now understood that 22 individuals were crowding under the ‘immunity umbrella’ which WAS strictly conditional upon the Wanta Settlement payment of $4.5 trillion being lodged in the securities account of Ambassador Leo Wanta’s Commonwealth of Virginia-based AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. with Morgan Stanley, New York City. However the immunity pardons have now lapsed. This is because unless the $4.5 trillion had been paid to AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON 9TH FEBRUARY, the ICJ immunity from arrest sought by the 22 criminal financial operatives WOULD BE NULL AND VOID.

The $4.5 trillion was not remitted, so the immunity documents have lapsed.

Twelve of the 22 operatives facing ICJ warrants are senior US public officials. Associates of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. have informed the Principals that these officials are unconcerned about the ICJ warrants, even though they are now strengthened with jurisdiction within the United States – because they believe that President Bush Jr. will pardon them at the end of his term.

But this consideration does not apply to the Prime Minister of Britain, Tony Blair, and to Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor herself – both of whom are now vulnerable to arrest for conspiracy to commit financial crimes in the Wanta Settlement context. This means that the crisis has split the West and that three Western Great Powers are now at each others’ throats, while Robert Gates [see below] is warning Congress to prepare for war with Russia and China.

That in turn may be because it appears that the US criminal operatives have stolen trillions from the Chinese, in fulfilment of George H. W. Bush Sr.’s well-known long-range plan for stealing back the ‘Morgenthau money’ held for decades by Chinese interests.

To underscore how ruthless these US criminals are prepared to get, the ‘eavesdroppers’ who listen in to all our telephone calls threatened Ambassador Wanta’s life on 9th February. After a conversation with Michael Cottrell, one of these mafia-style operatives informed the Ambassador that he did not ‘understand his existence’.

a good time to not push things. I'll keep forwarding materials. real question is what do the Judge Lee transcripts say. Reagan library materials are $27. I hope the Lee transcripts will not be much more.

Until we know what they say, we won't know whether or not, or how, to proceed. I don't want to pressure --- in anyway or expose anyone to danger, nor do I think the Wanta material is dangerous in any way.

At this point, we're just trying to verify there is, or there is not,

(3) any pronouncement from Judge Lee that would substantiate any of thousands of pages of alleged documentation by Chris Story (Story is the person chosen by Wanta to release info through news releases and expensive subscriptions to about 15 publications and books).
(4)#3 seems to be the place to start.
(5) If #3 reveals a starting place, then I can re-contact --- and ask for add'l specific legal documentation. If he provides any, then fine. If he refers me to Chris again, I'll try to interact w/Chris -- who I consider a disinfo agent.
(6) --- says Wanta is partners w/Cheney (Cheney's group) and is not to be trusted
(7) --- says --- is backed by French intelligence (which is really German intelligence)
(8) --- says anyone working on the story will be killed ... but --- has not been killed, nor has Wanta, nor has ---. Basically, Chris insults so many people and slanders so many people including our presidents and vice presidents -- yet claims all his info is from Wanta -- it seems his intention is too provide disinfo and stir things up.
(9) We all know, for example the 4th Reich ... that we can not impact the development of any national security or foreign policy issues, because we're small folks.
(10) The only resolution that can affect us on a national or global scale, is the popularization of the publicly-owned U.S. Treasury issuing and loaning (interest free) money rather than the privately owned Federal Reserve Board owning U.S. money, charging interest, and using fractional banking to make $1 into $10 in an ongoing pyramid scheme.

As far as I can tell, the Wanta story is only interesting as an intellectual exercise, the beginning of which is to validate points 1, 2 & 3, above.

I've contacted --- and sent you his response ... however, since replying to him (which I also sent you) I'm sure you can see now we all await the Judge Lee transcripts which are the alleged basis of the whole Wanta argument.

Don't worry. All this info is documented all over the web. In 1983 Marc David Rich was convicted in U.S. federal court of tax evasion, racketeering, and other charges related to Rich's oil deals with Iran during a U.S. embargo, and fled to Switzerland, where he has settled since, having gained Swiss citizenship - thus making him not extraditable to face trial in America. However, his wife lived on in America and contributed money to Clinton' s library fund and Hillary’s Senate campaign in 2000. It was therefore hardly surprising that President Clinton pardoned Marc Rich just before leaving office in January of 2001.[8]

Head of the world's second largest commodities company in the world, Marc Rich was soon providing 5 million tons of grain to Russia, as well as becoming the largest exporter of raw materials from that country. After all, he had been operating on Soviet territory since 1983. As reported in the Russian Izvestiaya of June 5, 1993:

Rich collaborated with the Russian Istok, transferring 4 million tons of petroleum to Western Europe - at a profit of about half-a-billion dollars.
And, by 1993, his yearly turnover on ex-Soviet territory was $3 billion - up half-a-billion dollars over the previous year.

It is an indisputable fact that the collapse of the USSR in 1991 was the most significant post-WW 2 event on the world scene ... and that its border with that unstable nation, Afghanistan , would, understandably, play a crucial role in subsequent events - given the fact that the Soviet Republics in that region were of Muslim orientation.

This was exacerbated by the following events preceding the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979: (a) In Afghanistan, Mohammed Daoud ousted his brother-in-law, King Zahir Shah, in 1973; (b) In 1978, Mir Akbar Parcham, leader of the communist-orientated Parcham Party (of Afghanis tan), was murdered & Daoud ordered the arrest of other leading figures of the

Parcham Party - which resulted in the Parcham Party taking over the government in a coup. Daoud was killed.

[1] As revealed by Zbigniew Brzezinski: on July 3, 1979, unknown to the American public and Congress, President Jimmy Carter secretly authorized $500 million to create an international terrorist movement that would spread Islamic fundamentalism in Central Asia and destabilise the Soviet Union . The CIA called this Operation Cyclone and in the following years poured $4 billion into setting up Islamic training schools in Pakistan (Taliban means student ). Young zealots were sent to the CIA's spy training camp in Virginia , where future members of al-Qaeda were taught sabotage skills - terrorism... In Pakistan , they were directed by British MI6 officers and trained by the SAS.

[2] Five months later, and well-aware of Ops. Cyclone, in December 79, the USSR invaded Afghanistan, and after a long and devastating war with guerrilla opposition forces (the mujahideen) the last of the Soviet troops left Afghanistan in February 1989, their economy and rubles in tatters. America' s role in destabilising the USSR (as noted above) therefore calls for closer scrutiny, and from the vantage point of hindsight, the fact that in the aftermath of the collapse of the USSR the American oil companies (with others) quickly bought their way into the vast reserves of Russian oil and gas is surely proof enough that this was one of the crucial aims of America's strategy.

[3] This destabilisation was implemented, primarily, by money-laundering - an illegal method used by political, military, intelligence, business, drug cartels, and the Sicilian Mafia - better known as Black Ops. Two Americans, Leo Emil Wanta, and the notorious Marc (Reich) Rich, were the main players in this - but it must not be forgotten that the Medellin Cartel and the Sicilian Mafia also played a crucial role in this money-laundering scam.

Leo Emil Wanta had worked at the White House, the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence Agency and six other government agencies during his career (which lasted from 1963 until his arrest in 1993), holding numerous jobs: in the DEA, the CIA, and Department of Defense - many of a secretive nature. And as for the Soviet Union - in a publicised interview he had stated that, during Reagan's administration, and working under Bill Casey's Special Operations Branch, Black Ops. (see above) he had dealt with both the fusion bomb and the destabilisation of the ruble - in conjunction with Kok Howie Kwong of the Chinese Secret Service.

[4]...Wanta was acting as Somalian ambassador to Switzerland when he was arrested by authorities there on July 7, 1993, in Geneva, held for four months, then extradited to Wisconsin to stand trial for state taxes of $14,000 owed for the years 1982 and 1988, and sentenced to 22 years in prison, for a crime which he was not guilty of. He had, in fact, paid the sum noted above twice - under protest! It later transpired that the Wisconsin revenue agent at the trial had fiddled Wantas state tax returns: a print out from the State in December 1995 revealed that the sum he owed was $00.15.

[5]Sept 21, 1996 - and while in prison - he wrote a letter to Hillary Rodham Clinton, referring to "U.S. President Bill Clinton's Short Term Notes and IMF Sale of Bullion", reminding her both of his "de-stabilization of the Soviet Union Rubles (SUR)", and how he had "prevented the Soviet & Italian Mafiosa from the Soviet Funds in favour of our U.S. Treasury & Metals Accounts in excess of US$150 billion" - closing his letter with the ... statement: "Until my legal release from the un-consitutional/ false incarceration in Wisconsin --as a diplomat & non-resident--I am legally interested in the corporate placement of short-term notes & I.M.F. gold bullion/troy ounce delivery contract. Thank you for your kind assistance in this timely situation".

In plain english: if he was not released, he would spill the beans. On Jan. 10, 1997, Wanta received a reply to this letter from Erskine Bowles at the White House, as a result of which, on February 1, 1997, after Bowles had checked with W.H. Agency Relations, Leo Wanta was released on $90,000 bail. ...

note that at one point Wanta had bank accounts at Metishe Bank in Moscow, Avenue Bank on the Champs-Elysee in Paris, Credito Italiano in Milan, Anker Bank in Geneva, Swiss Bank Corporation in Geneva, the Algemeine Spaar in Brussels, the Zentralsparkasse und Kommerzialbank in Vienna, Creditanstalt Bankverein in Vienna, and--the perennial favorite of money launderers--Citibank in Milan , New York , and Los Angeles.

[6] Furthermore, according to Wanta's Los Angeles attorney, he and President George Bush Sr. had set up the Ameritrust account in the Credit Suissebank for the government to use in case it needed to counter terrorists from overseas.

The BIS had been formed in 1930, ostensibly to deal with the problem of economically unstable post-WWI Germany . • 01 November 2006: Donald L Kohn (Federal Reserve and Bank for International Settlements official) and Hank Paulson actively prevent the distribution of Ambassador Wanta’s $4.5 trillion, whereas Federal Reserve Chairman Dr Ben S. Bernanke and a Mr McCurdy, of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, have jointly signed off.

• 02 November: Wanta is notified by a Mr Frazier of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue that he owes $43,304.42 of State tax, which is not true. The computation even displays a sum of illegally charged State tax amounting to $14,129 which was paid twice in 1992 under protest, even though Mr Wanta had been non-resident and working abroad on US Government intelligence work on the direct instructions of President Reagan since 1985.

It is also known that Mary Ann Glendon, a US law professor and President of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, has invited Kissinger to speak to the academy at the Vatican in late April.

* 30 November: European banking sources confirm that their new electronic banking system (software and hardware) will be activated by 5th or 6th December, providing for transparency. * 03 December: In a conference call, Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., are informed that an investigator who possesses the documentation that is associated with the Treasury’s ‘data burst’ on 17th Novemb, which supposedly contains details of what was to happen to the purported payments, was suddenly visited by US Secret Service agents (operating for the Treasury), and was instructed not to release the documents to the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.

The instruction allegedly came from Mr James R. Wilkinson in the White House. Technically, the Secret Service has been merged into the Department of Homeland Security, but Secret Service agents still, in practice, take their instructions from the White House. The rationale given for this clumsy intervention was that making the ‘data burst’ instructions available to the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc.,

would be contrary to the national interest.

1. Did the Treasury’s data burst instructions ACTUALLY contain instructions to pay the $4.5 trillion to AmeriTrust/Wanta’s Securities Account with Morgan Stanley in New York...

...OR did it contain deviant instructions for the ‘shadow’ fiat $4.5 trillion (or whatever total was payable) to be disbursed and then alienated to other parties, WHICH IS WHY THE SECRET SERVICE HAS INTERVENED TO PREVENT THE DOCUMENTS BEING REVEALED TO THE AMBASSADOR AND MR COTTRELL?

2. if the ‘data burst’ instructions were indeed concerned with payment of the Settlement, what is preventing the Treasury releasing them, since they claimed that they had fulfilled their obligations towards the Ambassador?

Introduction: Updating the research and activities of Nazi-hunter John Loftus, the program highlights a number of current projects on which John is working, including his newest book, the historical novel The Witness Tree. 6. the Muslim Brotherhood, Loftus relates how he encountered the historical record of the organization’s employment by the Third Reich, British intelligence and (finally) the CIA. “Let me give you an example. This year a friend of mine from the CIA, named Bob Baer wrote a very good book about Saudi Arabia and terrorism, it’s called Sleeping with the Devil. I read the book and I got about a third of the way through and I stopped. Bob was writing about how, when he worked for the CIA, how bad the files were. He said, for example, the files for the Muslim Brotherhood were almost nothing. There were just a few newspaper clippings. I called Bob up and said, ‘Bob, that’s wrong. The CIA has enormous files on the Muslim Brotherhood, volumes of them. I know because I read them a quarter of a century ago.’ He said, ‘What do you mean?’ Here’s how you can find all of the missing secrets about the Muslim Brotherhood—and you can do this too. I said, ‘Bob go to your computer and type in two words into the search part. Type the word ‘Banna’ B-A-N-N-A. He said, ‘Yeah.’ Type in ‘Nazi.’ Bob typed the two words in, and out came 30 to 40 articles from around the world. He read them and called me back and said, ‘Oh my god, what have we done?’”

Tracing the evolution of the Muslim Brotherhood into al Qaeda, Loftus relates the history of the organization, beginning with the organization’s political marriage with the Third Reich. “What I’m doing today is doing what I’m doing now: I’m educating a new generation in the CIA that the Muslim Brotherhood was a fascist organization that was hired by Western Intelligence that evolved over time into what we today know as al Qaeda.” (Idem.)

8. “Here’s how the story began. In the 1920’s there was a young Egyptian named al Banna. And al Banna formed this nationalist group called the Muslim Brotherhood. Al Banna was a devout admirer of Adolph Hitler and wrote to him frequently. So persistent was he in his admiration of the new Nazi Party that in the 1930’s, al Banna and the Muslim Brotherhood became a secret arm of Nazi Intelligence. The Arab Nazis had much in common with the new Nazi doctrines. They hated Jews; they hated democracy; and they hated the Western culture. It became the official policy of the Third Reich to secretly develop the Muslim Brotherhood as the Fifth Column, an army inside Egypt.” (Idem.)

9. “When war broke out, the Muslim Brotherhood promised in writing that they would rise up and help General Rommel and make sure that no English or American soldier was left alive in Cairo or Alexandria. The Muslim Brotherhood began to expand in scope and influence during World War II. They even had a Palestinian section headed by the grand Mufti of Jerusalem, one of the great bigots of all time. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was the Muslim Brotherhood representative for Palestine. These were undoubtedly Arab Nazis. The Grand Mufti, for example, went to Germany during the war and helped recruit an international SS division of Arab Nazis. They based it in Croatia and called in the ‘Handjar’ Muslim Division, but it was to become the core of Hitler’s new army of Arab fascists that would conquer the Arab peninsula from then on to Africa—grand dreams.” (Idem.)

10. Loftus sets forth the manner in which the Brotherhood jumped from the service of the Third Reich to service on behalf of the British, who used them against the fledgling state of Israel in the 1940’s. “At the end of World War II, the Muslim Brotherhood was wanted for war crimes. Their German intelligence handlers were captured in Cairo. The whole net was rolled up by the British Secret Service. Then a horrible thing happened. Instead of prosecuting the Nazis—the Muslim Brotherhood—the British government hired them.” (Idem.)

11. “They brought all the fugitive Nazi war criminals of Arab and Muslim descent into Egypt, and for three years they were trained on a special mission. The British Secret Service wanted to use the fascists of the Muslim Brotherhood to strike down the infant state of Israel in 1948. Only a few people in the Mossad know this, but many of the members of the Arab Armies and terrorist groups that tried to strangle the infant State of Israel were the Arab Nazis of the Muslim Brotherhood.” (Ibid.; pp. 18-19.)

12. After their tenure working for the British, Muslim Brotherhood found employment with the CIA, working in an anti-communist capacity throughout the Middle East. “Britain was not alone. The French Intelligence service cooperated by releasing the Grand Mufti and smuggling him to Egypt, so all of the Arab Nazis came together. So, from 1945 to 1948, the British Secret Service protected every Arab Nazi they could, but they failed to quash the State of Israel. What the British did then, they sold the Arab Nazis to the predecessor of what became the CIA. ...The idea was that we were going to use the Arab Nazis in the Middle East as a counterweight to the Arab communists. Just as the Soviet Union was funding Arab communists, we would fund the Arab Nazis to fight against [them]. And lots of secret classes took place. 13. After expulsion from Egypt by Nasser, many of the Brotherhood’s key personnel were relocated to Saudi Arabia by the CIA. In Saudi Arabia, many of them assumed prominence in that benighted country’s theocratic infrastructure. Loftus notes that Wahhabiism has been rejected and labeled a heresy by the vast majority of the world’s Muslims. “But the Egyptians became nervous.

Osama bin Laden was mentored by Abdullah Azzam—a key Brotherhood figure who was among those relocated to Saudi Arabia by the CIA. “For the Saudis, there was a ruler in charge of Saudi Arabia, and that country was the new home of the Muslim Brotherhood, and fascism and extremism were mingled in these schools. And there was a young student who paid attention—and Azzam’s student was named Osama bin Laden. Osama bin Laden was taught by the Nazis of the Muslim Brotherhood who had emigrated to Saudi Arabia.” (Idem.)
