With banks holding at least $550 billion in admitted mortgage-backed securities and “off balance sheet” debt, “mortgages, car loans, credit card debt (have) ground to a halt.”

The numbers are gigantic and growing. CoreLogic estimates that

if home prices fall 30% as expected, more than 20 million American homeowners won't be homeowners anymore.

“What's going on in the markets isn't an irrational panic,” Paul Krugman comments at the New York Times. “It's a wholly rational panic, because there's a lot of bad debt out there, and you don't know how much of that bad debt is held by the guy who wants to borrow your money.”.

THE ORDER OF MERIT
The Order of Merit was founded 1916 for the Grand Priory of Bohemia & Austria, and extended to the whole Order in 1928. The Cross of Merit is now in three divisions – Civil, Military, and Ladies … and can be awarded for service to the Order irrespective of nationality or religion.

There are five degrees for each division: for men, they are Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Cross; in the Military Division, these are all “with swords”. For ladies, the degrees are Grand Cross, Cross with Plaque, Cross with Crown, Cross with Shield and Cross. For ecclesiastics the degrees “pro piis meritibus” are Grand Cross and Cross.

The holocaust as we know it never happened. It's a tool used by the elite to control us. Just look at John McCain in a debate. Ron Paul was saying that we should have smaller government, with the federal government having less power (something everyone on this site probably wants, right?). Well, McCain interrupted him and said "Sir, that kind of thing is what brought Hitler to power and got the jews killed." So basically, McCain is using it as a fear machine to convince the people we need bigger, more powerful government. This is how the holocaust has always been used.

Now I said it never happened "as we know it". There was no 'genocide of jews'. Did a lot of Jews die? Yes. Were they killed purposely or 'exterminated'? No.

They were enemy combatants of Germany. In fact, the Jews declared war on Germany first according to themselves in many sources. Were the German soldiers just to allow Enemy Combatants to run free around Germany? No, they locked them up in concentration camps. You know, just like how we here in the USA locked up Japanese in concentration camps during WWII, and how we lock up 'enemy combatants' in GITMO which is a glorified concentration camp that comes with torture.

Did Jews die in these concentration camps? Yes they did, conditions for prisoners were not the best. PoW's never get food brought to them on a silver platter and daily backrubs. Did many Japanese die in our concentration camps during WWII? Yes as well.

The common number of Jews that supposedly were "exterminated" during WWII is 6 million. First of all, it's flat out impossible as there weren't 6 million Jews in Germany according to census records. Furthermore, even if there were 6 million, obviously they didn't all get killed.

Second, it was take approximately 57 years to gas 6 million people, this is assuming the gas chambers are running 24/7. According to "records" (heresay if you ask me) it took on average 4 hours to kill a small group of jews via gas chamber, where after they died, dentists carefully removed gold fillings from their teeth which tooks most of those 4 hours, and then prepped the gas chambers for more small groups of Jews. You can do the math yourself, it's not hard.

But in reality, we are lead to believe 6 millions jews were exterminated over the course of only, what is it, 5 years? Simply, impossible, unless the Germans had time machines.

Another point is, that gas chambers never existed. These so called "gas chambers" that have been found in Aushwitz and other so called "death camps" could not possibly be used as gas chambers. They contained large gaps and were not sealed - any gas would leak out and kill the operator. And these gaps were by design, as recovered blueprints show. The real use of these "gas chambers" was probably storage, for grain and other food.

If these gas chambers were really used for gassing people, traces of the chemicals would be found on the walls, even 60+ years after it happened, no matter hard they cleaned the walls. But no chemical traces have ever been found after numerous tests.

Photos of bodies burning or bodies piled up that supposedly show dead jewish people? Yes, it was war in Europe. There were lots of dead people. What do you do with dead bodies during a war? Do you dig a grave for each one and put a headstone on it? Of course not! You gather the bodies up in piles and put them in a trench and bury them, or burn them. That's how it's always been done, that's how we've done it in every war, and that's how Germany did it.

The holocaust is just another myth, invented to to give a race of people a crutch. It's as ridiculous and unscientific as the notions that the US government created AIDS to kill blacks, like any black will tell you. Despite the fact that the first discovered AIDS victim were white (and gay) IN CANADA.

The resignation comes after Sen. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) sent Schmitz several letters this summer informing him that he was the focus of a congressional inquiry into whether he had blocked two criminal investigations last year.

Grassley, chairman of the Finance Committee, accused Schmitz of fabricating an official Pentagon news release, planning an expensive junket to Germany and hiding information from Congress. Schmitz is the senior Pentagon official charged with investigating waste, fraud and abuse.

“One reason for the FBI’s apparent lack of interest might be this motel’s alleged connection to Timothy McVeigh and a group of Iraqis who worked in Oklahoma City. According to the motel owner and other witnesses and investigators interviewed by the Weekly, McVeigh and several of these Iraqis were motel guests in the months preceding the 1995 bombing. Witnesses also claimed they saw several of the Iraqis moving barrels of material around on the bed of a truck. The motel owner said the material smelled of diesel fuel and he had to clean up a spill. Diesel fuel was a key component of the truck bomb that blew up the Federal Building.”

“After the attacks, said the motel owner, he recognized his visitors in photos from television reports. ‘I was really stunned,’ he said. Then he decided to call the FBI hot line. The motel owner said he didn’t hear right back from the FBI. In the interim, he also spoke to a former law-enforcement officer who was investigating reported sightings of Mujahid Abdulquaadir Menepta at the same motel during the mid-1990’s. Menepta, reportedly a friend of Moussaoui’s, was arrested 30 years ago in Colorado for aggravated robbery and served more than three years in prison.”

“After September 11, Menepta publicly defended Moussaoui, calling him a ‘scapegoat.’ The FBI arrested him as a material witness and subsequently charged Menepta with a federal gun violation. He pleaded guilty and in April 2002 was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison. He was never charged with any terrorism-related crime. But during the preliminary hearing on the gun charge, Alcohol, Tobacco and firearms Agent Jeffrey Whitney testified that a confidential source placed Menepta at a meeting of a radical Islamic group in St. Louis where he allegedly threatened to shoot any police officer who entered the mosque. Menepta’s attorney challenged the credibility of this report in court.”

“A former desk clerk at the motel—a different clerk from the one who purportedly dealt with Atta and Moussaoui—told the Weekly that he remembered Menepta because in 1994 and 1995—prior to the Oklahoma City attack—Menepta frequently visited the motel office. There, he bought coffee and talked for hours to this clerk.”

“The clerk and his wife, who both formerly worked at the motel, said they picked Menepta’s picture out of a photo lineup prepared by a law-enforcement officer who had interviewed the motel owner. This officer, who also spoke to the Weekly on condition of anonymity, said that after the motel owner told him about the Moussaoui sighting, he contacted a member of Oklahoma’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, which includes the FBI. The FBI finally acted on the tip.

The motel owner said that on December 19, 2001, he went to FBI offices in Oklahoma City for a formal interview, where he was debriefed by an FBI agent and by Oklahoma City Police Sergeant Jerry Flowers. ‘We talked for several hours, and I told them everything I knew.’ The motel owner said he would have taken a polygraph exam but was not asked to do so. The Weekly’s law-enforcement source corroborates the December 19 interview.

“The motel owner said he and his staff reported this information to the FBI in 1995.‘We did have an ATF agent come out and collect the originals of the room registrations for that period, but we never heard back from them. And I never could get the registrations returned.’

He added that his previous experience with the FBI made him reluctant to contact them about Moussaoui. ‘But I decided it was my duty to tell them what had happened. So I did.’”

On the surface there would seem to be little to unite the Aryan racialists of the neo-Nazi movement with the terrorists of radical Islam. To the neo-Nazis, Muslims are almost all members of "inferior" races; and to the Islamic terrorists, the neo-Nazis are almost without exception either atheists or members of fringe quasi-Christian sects.

But the reality is that there has been close cooperation between Muslim extremists and Fascists ever since the founding of the Nazi movement in the 1920's. For all of their differences, Muslim extremists and Nazis have always been united by a common group of beliefs and goals: hatred of Judaism (and conventional Christianity), hatred of democracy, and a desire for the destruction of Israel and the United States.

A little background is in order. During World War II the rabidly anti-Semitic Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin Al-Husseini, pledged his unequivocal support to Adolf Hitler and the National Socialist movement. The Grand Mufti was put on the Nazi payroll in 1937 after he met with Adolf Eichmann in Palestine. In fact, when the Grand Mufti had to flee the Middle East in 1941 after the failure of the pro-Nazi coup in Iraq, he was welcomed to Berlin by Hitler and provided with high-power transmitters in order to broadcast pro-Nazi propaganda to the Middle East.

The Grand Mufti also organized an all- Muslim unit of the SS for Hitler and was instrumental in forming the pro-Nazi Muslim Hanschar brigades in Yugoslavia. After the war and his conviction for war crimes by the Nuremberg Tribunal, the Grand Mufti fled to Egypt where, as part of the ODESSA network of former SS operatives, he maintained close ties to former high-ranking Nazis who were now engaged in gun-running operations to Arab countries fighting the fledgling State of Israel.

One such ex-Nazi gunrunner was Major General Otto Ernst Remer (1912-1997), known as the "Godfather of the neo-Nazi movement." Remer had a major part in thwarting the Generals' Plot against Hitler in July 1944. Hitler rewarded Remer by putting him in charge of his protection detail. In the chaos of the immediate post-war period, Remer escaped de-Nazification and returned to Germany.

In 1949 Remer and his associates founded the Sozialistische Reichspartei in Lower Saxony, but the party was banned in 1952 as a neo-Nazi political organization. Remer then settled in Egypt where he began his close friendship with the Grand Mufti and also became security adviser to Gamal Abdel Nasser.

Remer, along with his associate Alois Bunning (who was Eichmann's assistant in the SS), operated his gunrunning company, the Orient Trading Company, out of Damascus for many years. In the 1980's, when the statute of limitations expired for the crimes he was alleged to have committed, Remer retired and returned to Germany where he became a close adviser to Michael Kuehnen, the most important neo-Nazi leader of the postwar period in Germany.

It should be pointed out that National Socialism had a profound impact on the political philosophies of many radical Islamic political organization, particularly the Muslim Brotherhood (founded in Egypt in 1928), Nasser's Young Egypt movement, the Social Nationalist Party of Syria founded by Anton Sa'ada, and the Ba'ath Party of Iraq. One of the main leaders of the 1941 pro-Nazi coup in Iraq was Khairallah Tulfah, the uncle and guardian of Saddam Hussein. When Saddam failed in his attempt to assassinate the Iraqi leader Abdel Karim Qassim in 1959, he fled to Egypt where he was given protection by Grand Mufti- protégé Nasser and ODESSA-connected former Nazis. The rest, as they say, is history.

; however, the reason for the purchase is not reflected in the documents.’

In 1995 it would not have been unreasonable for an FBI investigator to give Strassmeir’s aborted airliner purchase merely passing notice. In light of 9/11, however, it gives one pause and raises the real possibility that 9/11 type attacks were being planned as far back as 1995 by insiders in the neo-Nazi/Islamic terrorist network.

Acknowledging their political kinship, WMC secretary-general Khan sent a letter to the Spotlight praising its ‘superb in-depth analysis’ and stating that the paper deserved ‘the thanks of all right-minded people.’

Dr. Khan also served as an advisor to the Saudi Arabian royal family, which lavished funds on the WMC. In addition, the Saudi Arabian government retained the services of American neo-nazi William Grimstead as a Washington lobbyist.

Soon, the World Muslim Congress began working closely with U.S. intelligence and Pakistani military officials, who were covertly supporting the Afghan mujahideen in their fight against the Soviet-installed regime in Kabul. This effort was strongly endorsed by Dr. Khan, who served for many years as the Pakistani representative of the Nazi-infested World Anti-Communist League, which played an important role in the Reagan administration’s ‘secret war’ in the Golden Crescent.

Another possible indication of Nazi/Islamist cooperation concerns Mohammed Atta’s German connections, which appear to have been numerous and significant.

least seven of Mohamed Atta’s closest associates in Florida during the year leading up to the 9/11 attack were not Arab, but German.

The meetings, in places like key West and Miami, were apparently very serious business; when they returned, said someone who was there, Atta and his German associates ‘always came back glum.’

Only one of the seven is still in the U.S.; five live in Germany or Switzerland. The seventh, with whom Atta reportedly traveled extensively, has a criminal record in Germany, and today lives in Saudi Arabia. The identities of the seven German nationals were pieced together from information gleaned in interviews with Atta’s one-time American girlfriend, corroborated by independent aviation sources in Venice and Naples, FL. ”

In another freak coincidence, owner of the second Dutch-owned flight school at the Venice Airport, Arne Kruithof, also suffered a near-fatal aviation mishap last summer when his plane fell from a hundred feet in the air onto the runway of the Venice Airport. It appears as if both would be well-advised to stay away from open windows.”

THE GERMAN ELEMENT ARRIVES IN FLORIDA WITH WOLFGANG IN 1996.

“The German element arrived in Florida with ‘Wolfgang’ in 1996. Prior to arriving in Naples he was associated with an organization called ‘The Flying Club of Munich.’

‘Wolfgang showed up from Munich in the mid-1990’s and immediately began operating a flight school illegally in ’96,’ stated an aviation source in Naples. ‘He’s half Swiss, half German.’

Wolfgang was instrumental in bringing another of Atta’s German associates to Florida, a pilot named ‘Stephan,’ who we were to learn has done jail time in Germany, was on parole there when he came to the U.S., and recently spent a year in Gundogdu, Turkey.”

“While regular German flight students struggle to obtain the necessary visas, Wolfgang and Stephan apparently had inside connections which smoothed their progress. ‘Sometimes it makes me mad that a criminal gets preference,’ stated one German national flight instructor in Naples with obvious bitterness. ‘Wolfgang signed off on Stephan’s books, and Stephan also got in on a fraudulent business investor’s visa.’ ‘Wolfgang was in his thirties,’ says Amanda Keller, who lived with Atta during March and April of 2001. ‘He and Wolfgang were very tight, they went everywhere together. When he came into the picture they were together all the time.’”

ATTA WAS ALWAYS WITH WOLFGANG
“Strangely, Keller also states that Atta always spoke German with Wolfgang, a statement contradicted by the testimony of Rudi Dekkers, who told a Congressional Committee that when he addressed him in German, Atta had merely looked at him strangely . . . Newsweek says its sources say the unnamed country is Saudi Arabia. That may prove to be at least partly correct; still, there are few, if any, Saudis named ‘Wolfgang.’ Newsweek should keep digging.”
