Yeah we pay way more here in the UK, BUT we have much smaller distances to travel. We're more densely packed in here so commuters and lorries
('trucks' to you yanks
) don't use as much petrol ('gas' to you yanks
) to distribute work and products to the same sort of quantity of
people, shops and businesses.

Yes we write 'utilisation' and 'utilised', not 'utilization' and 'utilized' here. We also spell 'gray' 'grey'.
