That is indeed crazy! Both crazy that she was arrested and her teapot destroyed and also the fact that she worshipped a giant teapot

That woman didn't seem to be hurting anyone (except herself) by worshipping that tea pot. I hope she has been converted to reality, rather than another man-made religion.

By sacred leaves of Tetley! This is a sad day indeed...I shall offer a prayer at the foot of the great pyramid bags of PeeGee and offer up my tea cup in support for her!

I fear this is just the tips of the iceberg.

This does appear to be a potentially entertaining thread.

For those who don't want to read the article, she wasn't actually worshiping the teapot, rather "the tea pot symbolized the purity of water and 'love pouring from heaven'."

Just a thought..

But when we die.. and this is a big if.. what if god himself, or herself, actually prefers the guise of a giant teapot?

now THAT would be irony

But that must be so, doesn't it make reference in the bible that "thy cup shall runneth over"?

(but remember, to slurp from the saucer is a sin!)
