contacting mods

is the questions forum the fastest way to get a question answered by a mod? (i know you would assume so but...) or maybe the freshman forum? is there a difference i know you have many mods for each forum is there always one working on one of these 2?

In the lower left corner is a staff list.

Also (And better yet), you can file a comment/complaint if its a non staff member specific question and then any staff online can take a look and u2u back a responce.
