My choice ?
. . . . .I choose to leave.
Arguing is not what I had in mind. I need no special accomodation.
Nor do I need to feel bad about imposing on your life.
I'm out of this one.
(NGC2736- You made me laugh. Thank you.)

Now that would be something to write about! :lol
I awoke from a horrible dream at 2:30 am this morning and was sweating profusely. My bowel made a groaning sound and it felt like I was giving birth
to a baby. The stink that filled the air was grotesquely smelling and I sprayed reams of air sanitizer that filled my room with the scent of
potpourri.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

So to pass the time until the next contest is underway, why don't we do some form of writing exercise. Like maybe a sentence that everyone starts
with or something along those lines. No points, no grading, just good old fashioned writing. It wouldn't take a moderator to start or continue it.
We just pick start and ending dates.
We could start a new thread each time we do a new one and all post our stories there. I was thinking a pretty open format. As far as length, if you
can't get it told in one post, it's probably too long. These would be just exercises.
Just an idea I had to keep everyone writing between contests. What does everyone else think?

Guess I need to apologize to Intrepid for being so dang serious.
Reading the other posts put me in a better mood and gave me hope.

Well that's good to hear. You are a very good writer, and I look forward to competing with you.
INTREPID, we are patient. Whenever you find the time buddy. RL trumps all else.

You're right, I've taken myself right out of this. I don't want to be a party
to this procrastination. Makes me wish I could just get in my car and drive
on down to ATS central and say "what-the-hey" is going on. Of course I'd
have to speak to someone higher up than Intrepid, maybe a site owner.
My father wouldn't have put up with this, I can tell you that. He once told
me that if you can't drive around a bump in the road of life, just speed up
and drive over it. Maybe I'll call them. Yeah, a telephone call should do it.

And I was just practicing. Let's see now, did I use all five of the required
areas in my brief statement ? Maybe . . .maybe not.
