In day 24 of September of 1984, the Manchete Magazine brought with prominence in its pages an impressive notice.
In day 18 of June of 1981, the Gosplan (Ministry of the Planning of the former-Ussr) convoked an extraordinary meeting. In the occasion they were ufólogos diverse gifts, Soviet cosmonauts and authorities, also military. Its moderator was the proper head of the Soviet space program, General Georgi Timofeevict Beregovoy. To its side it was Vladimir Kovalyonok, the cosmonaut who, in company of Viktor Savinikh, remains 77 days in the space, on board the Salyut-6 station, in 1981.
In the meeting, the cosmonauts would have declared that the Salyut-6 made contact with a ship of unknown origin during 4 days (with interruptions) that it gravitated together with it, to a distance of 400 km of our planet. The event would have involved the unknown astronauts, Kovalyonok and Savinikh, and three beings on board the mysterious vehicle that had the form of a sphere and only the half of the size of the Salyut-6, of 16 meters of length.
according to description of the cosmonauts, the vehicle also did not present salience as solar panels, of which espaçonaves normal costumam to extract energy. The two ships had met in 14 of May of 1981, almost in the end of the drawn out sojourn of the two Russian astronauts.

Later, in the same day, and during the following day, as the beings if showed games, made use to enter in communication, Kovalyonok would have asked for authorization to the Land to establish more immediate contact. It received permission to try to change visual messages, but asking on the possibility of a physical contact, the control of the mission answered with a NYET.
The cosmonauts were if feeling perfectly to the will before the very human behavior of the strangers, whose ship moved frequently of position, without difficulty. In an occasion he arrived to distar 30 meters of the Soviet station. The astronauts could not only see the strangers, but also observe its movements, that seemed human, rigid, mechanical and even so very artificial.
The cosmonauts, then, would have opened a great next celestial map to the door. The letter showed our solar system in the center. Kovalyonok if admired when one of the beings pulled its proper map. Kovalyonok saw the solar system in a side. It did not remain doubts that they were equipped with the maps of navigation of absolute exactness and pointed with respect to the part of our Galaxy with all the precision. Kovalyonok made a signal, putting the finger thumb for top, e,o strange to be, without smiling, made the same thing. After that, the ship of them if moved away to a very high speed. In the following orbit, it was in return. It moved away six times, to all, never for an apparent reason.
Using a powerful lantern, Kovalyonok would have attemped if to communicate, first in Russian, through Morse Code, signaling: "Soviet Cosmonauts saúdam visiting to the Land". The strange beings had not understood. It tried then a message in English: "It ploughs you receiving US", also in Morse. No reply. Then it tried a mathematical figure, using a brief light for ZERO and a long one for ONE, and signaled number 101101. Soon later lode a blinking in reply. The message was not only mere repetition of the cipher of Kovalyonok and was deciphered with being logarithms of the used base for Kovalyonok.
In the following day, the beings would have left the ship and walked by the space. They had more or less two meters of height and used the same clothes. The cosmonauts then would have asked for permission also to leave, what she was denied to them. In the room day the ship disappeared.
For some reason, according to story reproduced for the Magazine Manchete, Kovalyonok and Savinikh if had accustomed to those strange, quiet and antiemotivos beings.
Despite the importance that an event of these would have, come true the confirmed public and if, much little it reverberated the bombástica news article of the Manchete Magazine. Not even the proper one made much ostentation after this, what it contributed to have total left the episode -- and until if an eventual inquiry would have been taken the handle for discloses it -- in the obscurantismo...
