Ironically, there are some simple things people can do if they can't break their habit for processed food and drinks.
1) Drink lots of distilled water; you can make plenty of clean water to drink using a coffee maker without the coffee.
2) Eat nothing Diet, nothing Canned, only fresh.
3) Buy your food where the poor Mexican's buy it, they often have locally grown and not heavily processed food the Big Name Brands produce F---
Proctor and Gamble and all the Multinational Food Producers.
4) If you gotta have sweet, get the best and purest.
