Wonder why it took so long to release this? You think they would have done it on 9/11. Unless the government wants to stir up old feelings again for some unknown reason.

yeah that is strange. After all these years they are just now showing this. Makes me wonder if anything was edited from it and if they were watching the whole process from the beginning. Three thousand lifes gone, thousands hurt and burned. This event has changed America forever and will go down in history as one of the worse attacks in history. And Nasa is just now showing this? Something wrong with this picture or it's fake all together. If it's real then Nasa should be called out about it.

First, I'd like to thank you for having posted the video to the ATS website. And secondly, I think that there is no reason the Government had to wait this long to release the video. It should have been released back as close to 9/11 as was possible. Their logic escapes me right now.

First of all the video doesn't show much more than smoke.
Second its unaceptable that it was held this long before release, does make one wonder what the original looks like.
Third I think all will be made clear before the elections in Nov.
Of course I could be wrong about that as well, it wouldn't be the first time.

this is an old video, remember seeing it on a news channel (bbc/sky news poss) about a day after the attack

Satellite footage or shuttle footage- with a new sound package. Guys sounds like an actor not an astronaut. They need to work on their lingo then re-post it.

Just think what the military satellites show on that day...

Full-on aircraft headings from long-range... the whole event laid out for your viewing pleasure from space...

...would they show aircraft?,..or missiles?..or both?...

This is old. I've seen this around for at least a year.

How is this breaking news?

I'm sorry. I don't want to argue with anyone and I'm not targeting anyone. I just think sometimes people post things in this section purely for the extra ATS points that the replies reward.

But it's none of my business.

This video has been around for a while, though.
