I have heard of the 300 Commitee before. I know a lot of people think David Icke is a nutter, but you might want to look into his work to get a nice overview of how all the pieces fit together.

The cabal of individuals who have, since hundreds of years ago, been sporadically identified and even self-proclaimed is hardly news. There are quite a few historically reputable sources verifying their intent to secure, and maintain control by means of deception and subterfuge.

However, I must say that I find it highly suspect that some of the principle actors in mankind's history have been subject to their will or influence. Granted, for some figureheads its a no-brainer. They are far too feeble in character and wit to mastermind the things we have seen take place.

Personally, if these 'elites' are even half as smart as they allegedly believe themselves to be they would realize that barring the utter denigration of the human race into mindless cattle, their plan can only end with them and anyone associated with them being drawn and quartered. Maybe not today or tomorrow - but it will happen. Control is an illusion, as is wealth and power, none of those things will keep you alive - you can't breathe, eat, or survive on control, power, or wealth. Particularly if there is no one there to yield to your delusion. To paraphrase M.K. Ghandi, who pretty much hit the nail on the head - you simply cannot rule a people who refuse to be ruled. You can kill them, and then you'll have their corpses, not their obedience.

This is not to say that their psychotic hubris wouldn't drive them to try. But if even one of them has two brain cells firing in close proximity the folly of such a 'grand scheme' seems self-evident.

The key to this whole aspect of 'Illuminati-ism' is to understand that in order for their goal to be achievable on their terms, it would have be completely secret. Now I don't know about you, but with few exceptions, secrets are fleeting and have a short half-life. So they really would have to ensure complete misdirection to operate effectively. Now THAT'S where the conspiracy comes in.

If you'll just for a moment sake, suspend disbelief and consider, if the Secret Government exists, and they KNOW they can't completely hide themselves, what would they WANT us to believe? That it's a blood-line thing? Perhaps UFOs? Anything and everything to keep the curious from seeing their true purpose - so what can you expect? I don't have an answer, but I do have a question...,

Can you envision these so-called Illuminati or secret government types actually TRUSTING each other? (If you were Bush, would you trust Cheney? If you were Rothschild, would you trust JP Morgan? What could possibly make any of these 'people' trust each other? What prompts the loyalty? What guarantees it?)
