Al Sadr says to fight! - And country are full of resistance.
Al Sadr says to stop it! - And quiet is taking its ground.

Maliki says to fight! - And forces hesitate to attack.
Maliki says surrender! - And nobody shows up...

And when Maliki says to lay down your weapons! His troops give their weapons to Al Sadr...

Is there still a question, who has the real power?
