Local currency approved by the Feds

This is interesting and in a way kind of shocking because you can actually trade dollars for these Berkshares in this Mass. area and since you get 10% more Berkshares in the exchange, you will lose money when you trade them back for dollars.
I knew private clubs could have a kind of currency or stamps that could be traded for merchandise but this is a first for me..
