Probably not. If nothing happens at the end of summer 2009, I fully expect something like the following :
"Mother Earth has decided that the situation wasn't that bad at all. Or maybe Mankind has made progress in the process of Spiritual Unity.
At any rate, She has decided that transformation can be held off until 2012. So expect First Contact sometime in 2011."

If something like that is posted, this thread can live forever!

*****Source at U.N. tells of secret UFO meeting February 12, 2008*****

I received the following email from two trusted colleagues (Clay and Shawn Pickering) regarding a reliable source informing them that a secret meeting occurred yesterday morning (Feb 12) at the New York office of the United Nations concerning the recent spate of UFO sightings. It appears that a number of nation states are concerned about the impact of increased UFO sightings and wish to be briefed about what is happening. Their source, who currently works in the diplomatic corps, had to travel for an early morning off the record meeting at the UN. Their source revealed that a secret UFO working group exists that is authorizing the release of such information to the public, in an effort to acclimate others to what is about to unfold. A date of 2013 was given as the time for official disclosure and/or when extraterrestrials show up in an unambiguous way. In the interim there will be acclimation related releases of information. Importantly, the source revealed that the events leading up to official disclosure will involve more ethically oriented extraterrestrials, and they will not pose a military threat to the world.

The information below may be related to the recent debate in the Japanese parliament and statements by the Defense Minister over how Japan would respond to extraterrestrials appearing over Japanese airspace that display peaceful intent. It appears nation states are moving forward in developing public policy on how to respond to extraterrestrials showing up. So if the information below is accurate, then it is likely that we will see more examples of governments making official statements concerning how they would respond to extraterrestrials that show up over their airspace. It is likely that parliamentarians around the world will start receiving briefings to help them develop public policy concerning extraterrestrial life. There has been nothing (except here), where I have read that there 'would be a massive flyover', in regard to this "Meeting Of The UN, in Feb.'o8"...The Meeting supposedly was to "Plan for a 5-year disclosure".
Where has this Massive Flyover event, been gleaned from?
The UN-Meeting was regarding (Supposedly), ONLY a 5-Year Plan, to "Increase The Time Rate in Which The Public is already Being
preparded+accustomed, for Governmental Disclosure".
The Gov. has been getting us 'used to the idea, for decades', the meeting was to plan to hurry this process up.
At least that's what I have gleaned from my reading.

While it certainly SEEMS like it would be a positive thing i cant help but remember the old story of the "fake coming". im hardly religious but ive seen there is a god but not in a form or on a scale that most people can comprehend and ive seen that while its been tainted by lies there is truth to many parts of the bible so im a little paranoid that some of these "aliens" are in fact man made or controlled and the elites plan to use them to make humanity fearful of alien contact and bring in the NWO in a more subtle way, so if any kind of flyover happens im going to be carefully studying whether they are good or bad aliens before i go making any big decisions. but then again theres so many different stories and so many deceptions to work through in this field that i could just be becoming too paranoid X)

Zorgon since you seem to know a lot on this topic. Could you please point me i the right direction (Or perhaps xnib you could as well.) As to how this date has been choosen? I glanced and am not reading over the post, even looking into that tibetan monks saying stuff about ETs saving us. (Even though I read it in the past.)

Not an attack or anything ( so it won't be taken that way) just kind of wanna see how people got this date is all.

Mainly, because mankind thoughtout modern history (I beleive intelligent life on earth goes back more than 5,000 years) has proven that we are incapable of governing ourselves,,whether its be shape changing Aliens who continually interfer with the "human" process on earth, or the simple math of the human genome "Wiz-wheel" that dictates that every so many 100,000 or so humans its spits out a bad apple (Hitler, Hussan, Jim Jones) who does extensive damage to the progression of the human race on earth.
From a New and Old Testament scholar point of view the literature (of the king James) is replete with attempts by the Hebrew G-d to establish a doable relationship with mankind in the form of Covenants,,, all of which mankind has ultimately violated.

Why expect aliens to get involved with our affairs,,,because we now threaten the galaxy with infection from our planet (mankind) who is unfathomable, unpredictable, and truely untrust worthy). Why they dont just wipe us out,, my best guess is they (whoever, if indeed anyone is out their) realizes the time needed for maturing as a race.

And yes we (the masses) need to be rescued from the rich and powerful who control the wealth of this world (whether native, alien or a combination of both). For it is clear to me that we (the human race) has been indoctrinated with the concept of "work" and imaginary wealth as a social constant and I dont accept this. Why because more and more evidence indicates that there is a source of "Free power" and numerous discoveries that could support a society not dependent currency in lue of food, water, and shelter.

A "fly over" in the future,, why not its being going on for a very long time,, a predicted fly over so that it would be impossible to deny or cover up,, its about time in my opinion.

I wouldnt quit my job either,,, its summer and its hot,, and work is the only way I can eat, and sleep in comfort,,my ride to the salt mines is here,,,gotta go

And what are you using as a comparison with our governance? Star Trek? Dune? As far as we know, we, us humans, are the benchmark. And we're obviously not completely incapable, maybe bad at it? I myself don't know for sure.....'cause I have nothing else to judge our performance against.

Our experience, living here on Earth, may be exactly the way a planetary civilization develops and matures......not exactly utopic, I admit. But, it's all we have to ponder on.....and this may be the way it is.

More like a guess. Or a hope.
