Yep, if they're from a minority, and they vote Democratic.

The Repigs won't be able to keep this crap up forever though; the minorities in Texas are fast becoming the majority.

That's why these "good ol' boys" are resorting to dirty tricks to gain a couple of percentage points; their traditional grip on power is coming to an end.
