I second that emotion... you all should read this..... I trudged through it and there are a couple of things that caught me off guard in that article, with this being one of them.

Thank you man. The audio is pretty jagged on a lot of these, even after I try to clean them. Any transcripts you add with them if you have the time, help a ton to clarify the rougher bits.

The project is caled CIA MK ultra. Id never heard of it before I started to report things to senator smith. Mk Ultra is the same project If 911 was a inside job. The same people in our government ran by the navy, The same techniques that would have been used to manipulate the publick the same shadow gov people covering up.

I'm trying to align all I've read/heard within these posts, and what forums he posted on, with some kind of order, making some kind of sense out of it all..This is what I have come up with so far, and trust me..I could be way off course with what he's trying to tell us..
Okay..Doug Phipps is a well know famous horse trainer. He has worked with many of the rich and famous not only here in the states but in other countries. Somehow I think he learned something he shouldnt have, and got involved, not knowingly, with "people"..some may refer to as "Shadow Goverment" I think he may have uncovered the fact that these "people" deal with using mind control, to accomplish great feats, such as 911..
And are using a system of MK Ultra(mind control) AND HAARP(High frequency active auroral research program). I also think that he himself has been a subjected to MK Ultra, which would be one reason why his thoughts and writings in previous posts were scrambled so to speak..

If you read it and re-read it certain things that don't make sense will if you research it..such as the line that says "mber cia mk ultra hypnotist has been putting the kids under for 7 years to help them remember there patterns. right a mk ultra army of slaves"
The word "patterns" refers to Brain wave patterns as used by HAARP(high frequency active auroral research program) There are several different brain wave patterns, and different frequencies will make one do different things..In other words, "people" can make you do what you would never do as yourself..and I think he's trying to tell us that our own Goverment is doing this to us all..we just dont know it yet..
As far as he having Morgellons..I dont believe he does. I believe he was a subject of MK Ultra, and was infected, on purpose with MRSA, and sent back to the states to introduce it into our own country..Why? Because for the Mk Ultra program to work as it should, people need to be in a weakened state.
In the post he made on that forum he stated:

If you all remember the Naval base in San Diego(Navel Seals are trained at this base) was found on google earth to be in the shape of a swastika..and official knife is refering to the nazi youth knife which also bears the swastika..
Remember MK Ultra was Germanys weapon..when we won the war, those scientists were brought here, not only so another country could not get ahold of that technology, but so we could learn it and use it..
Maybe when he says that 911 can be addressed here..he means 911 did not happen thru terrorists from another country, but unknowing terrorists from within our own..
As far as the pregnant woman..just off the top of my head..maybe she was his love, was pregnant by Doug, and turned on him instantly..why? Because she was being controlled by MK Ultra..just a thought..
