Good for you, but people with families cant do this, we infact have less time to spend on such ventures. Those with families will know exactly what Im talking about here. Im not knocking you for this in the slightest but sometimes "real life " kind of brings you back down to Earth and shows you whats important. So please dont tell me to get of my arse and do something, I have little time to think as Im always looking after others..maybe you should also try this rather than pontificating.
Im not talking about helping your neighbour or work friends Im talking about dedicating your life to looking after others, ones that totally reley on you, day and night for life. THATS real life. All this other stuff is BS.

Good for you, but people with families can’t do this

Why are you pinned down and locked in your house day and night, Families can do this “Together”. Does not mean you have to go half way around the world to do some good or spend a load of money. There is plenty you can do with your family in this country that you might actually enjoy. I know nothing about your family so I can't judge you on that (and I am not aiming anything at you), I am sure it would bring any family closer together though. Sometimes there is no such thing as can’t, it’s “I don’t want to”

I am not trying to prove a point here in any way. So if you have a different opinion I am fine with that.

Here are some Quotes I found looking around the net. Thought I would share them.

Bette Davis

Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, Pain of love lasts a lifetime.

John Lennon

If everyone demanded peace instead of another television set, then there'd be peace

Indian Proverb - Sayings of Indian Origin

If you live in the river you should make friends with the crocodile.

Alfred Korzybski

There are two ways to slide easily through life: to believe everything or to doubt everything; both ways save us from thinking.

Anatole France

To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.

Johann Goethe

If you must tell me your opinions, tell me what you believe in. I have plenty of douts of my own.

John Burroughs

It is always easier to believe than to deny. Our minds are naturally affirmative.

Dale Carnegie

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.

Mohandas K. Gandhi

You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.

Another thing I noticed that makes me think (I am guilty of this myself) we complain about things and demand change. Yet we sit around and do nothing other than wait for change. When the change does not happen we blame everyone but ourselves.

Maybe the change never happens because not everyone wants the same change; everyone has their beliefs in what is right and wrong. However most don’t want the change because it means them loosing something e.g. Greed and Power. Take away that and they become as equal as the next person.

Hi psycho

I just wanted to say thank you for this thread, it has helped me and many others Im sure in understanding a little bit more about chakra meditation. I still have a lot to learn with the chakras, it seems the more you work with them, different issues come up that you had not thought of. It sure has been one hell of a learning experience Im sure you'll agree!

Just wanted to say thanks for all your efforts.

Love MG

Hey thank you for the nice comment, my thanks goes to the great people who post in this topic.

Their desire to search for the truth has inspired many, including myself. Together we work better, against each other we create problems that take over our lives. All my aim is in life is to bring people closer together so we see the truth “Together” I don’t want in all to myself.

I know I can sometimes sound a little OTT but I try not to get into the “I am right and you are wrong” routine. I want to work with people to help create some balance in the world, inspiration is a powerful too. This is what we need to do “inspire” others to work together; we cannot blame the world’s problems on somebody else. We have to take responsibility together “To fix the problems”

You all should be so proud of yourself; questioning life is the start to the new life. More and more people are questioning life now and the balance is working out in our favor.

Good work peeps, Keep it up.

I put this link up a page back, not sure if you checked it out , but half way down it states the following.

"Just recently one of my friends called me in a panic telling me that she was suddenly overwhelmed by a feeling of pain and loss so great she could not function. The grief was so great she didnt want to be alone."

I have had this, it happened to me a few days after starting meditation. I was just as this lady above over come with immense grief to a point I felt the life was being taken from me. I felt a terrible loss, I felt like I was a person with no spirit living in a shell, it was a horrible feeling of disconnection. Her reason below is very interesting as to why this may happen to us.

"The loss is the result of being temporarily disconnected from the 3D electromagnetic grid, brought on by solar flares. As the flares hit the grid, it shakes and we loose our connection."

Meditation is one of the ways we can bring our awarness of the higher grids (4 and above) which may explain why this happened to me after starting meditation. Solar flares are on the increase so this disconnection may happen to more and more people.

One part of ascension is to become less dependant on this 3D grid and move up to the higher frequencies of the 4D grid.

I know what you mean MG, I have had this feeling a few times before.

I think emotions reflecting their self on the pain body can have this sort of effect too. You know when you feel sad and you think “What was all that about” and just forget about it once the sadness has gone. Well further down the line when that emotion comes back it becomes stronger and reflects itself as a problem.

Sometimes when I have this feeling of great loss I have dig deep to break it down and work out the cause. It ends up being something simple like me not being honest to myself. I hide a negative emotion with a positive emotion, it’s all good but the negative emotion is still there waiting for something to attach itself to. If I am honest with myself I admit my own faults, not as problems but as challenges.

I am not saying this will work for everyone but puts you in control of the emotions, and not by hiding them with others.

Solar flares is a great explanation, however we need to make sure we are not looking for something to take to attention away from ourselves. Be honest to yourself, if the feeling of great loss is still there then it could well be something like solar flares.

Just another option to take into account, hope it helps.

But this was FAR beyond feeling upset or down, it was like my spirit being ripped from me, Ive NEVER felt anything like it before psycho. It was just like living in a body would feel without a soul. I fell to the floor and cryed for hours in absolute dispare, it was like nothing I have ever felt before. Just as the lady in the link describes. I know what you mean about the pain body and thats mush easier to detect and watch, but this was like I had lost my connection to the very reality I was in, it was so strange.

It was SO out of the normal range of feelings we experience, my family was going to take me to hospital. This explanation of natural solar flares disrupting this grid we live under , thats controlling us, really made sense to me.

Who put the grid there to control us I dont know, but Im sure its a tool someone is using to stop us seeing our true reality. Its said that chem trails are an attempt to keep the grid in place when holes appear in it, have you heard that before?

You guys will love this story, I've had to deal with migraines for the longest now. It's actually one of the things that brought me to the "metaphysical" side as conventional medicine couldn't explain what was going on with me. Anyways, I had a bad headache one night. Right in the center of the forehead and it sucked big time. I couldn't lay down or it would hurt worse, so I tried to meditate/sleep while sitting up. So I just got as acquainted with the void as I could, allowing that pain to flow out through that 6th chakra area. I started to pass into "sleep" technically but I knew the pain was there still. I used to be able to pass out and the headaches would go away but that's not always the case anymore. So while in the void, thoughts turn in on themselves from all angles and you go into "hyper thought" mode or something. Kind of hard to explain but those who get down on this stuff will know what I'm talking about. I got a message from myself in that void that said something about these headaches after I was thinking "other people must have to suffer through these too & we don't know why..." and I got a reply from myself that said: it's part of syncing up
or something to that effect. It made sense to me in that state so I didn't think much of it again. But I ended up "waking up" a short moment later into something...or to something shall I say?

It was some kind of energetic entity with massive eyes. Sort of like human eyes in a sense but fully energy and was the shape of what you'd see a decoration of a ghost for halloween. I get this sense it was female(don't know why, something in the eyes); so I'l say "she". She was startled that I woke up and was kind of like "oh crap!...what do I do now, he's not susposed to be awake.." While I was awake there in a sort of drowsy state I heard "Snap to the lines". So I realized this thing was working on me or something and I wasn't in the chair anymore. I figured it'd be best if I just went back to "sleep". So I did because my head was still hurting anyways and the void sounded more inviting then watching this freaked out casper-thing. She didn't seem malicious at all I must say, almost like a combination nurse/doctor.

So I'm in the void, head hurts still, I crack my eye open and I'm back in my room, I see the clock it's around 2 am or so. I get back into the state I was before casper appeared and hang there for another 20 mins or so trying to ease the headache. I open my eyes to check the clock again and see that yeah it's been about 20 mins. I close my eyes again & something "switches" and my head is fine, the room is darker but the time is still the same as it should be. It was weird, I didn't think anything was "off" until that "switch" flipped, then all of a sudden everything looked slightly different but didn't necessarily change...always thought that was kind of a wild experience that was worth a migraine.

Here's the scan from my journal of that night.

WOW that was intresting Shakesbeer, as soon as I looked at that drawing I was like "Where have I seen that before" I still don't know, maybe a Lucid Dream or Astral Projection.

Thanks for that I will try search for them beings next time I am deep in meditation.

I still wonder what that thing could have been. Like I said, it didn't seem malicious at all, and the "snap to the lines" statement seemed to come from something else that was there too that I couldn't see. But the entity itself seemed scared she was going to get in trouble or something in an almost shy or unsure kind of "uh..what do I do?!"

I wonder if I caught that happening because I was trying to channel that pain out of the 6th chakra. So maybe as I passed from one state to the other that 3rd eye was open and relatively clear, and since I wasn't expecting to "fall asleep" I pretty much stayed "awake".

Hi peeps, I have been having a long think over the weekend. What I have been thinking about is the amount of time I spend on ATS; I must read and post on the forums multiple times a day. It’s taking up lots of my time as well as getting me lost in the huge amounts of information. I decided it would be a good time to take a little break and focus on what I need to do; I need to feel balance again so I can be of better help to others.

The compulsive thinking that comes with the huge amount of information is not doing me much good. It can become huge distraction for me; I will be back but not sure how long I will be gone. Mr. Green and Shakesbeer have my MSN so if anybody needs any help I am sure we can communicate somehow.

There are some brilliant people who post in this topic so I am sure it will still stay positive and you will find the advice helpful.

Speak soon peeps…

Peace out

Hello old friend, nice to see you post. I had wondered if you had left ATS as not heard from you in a long time.

I think psycho just needs time away, I was telling him the other day about how many times Id felt the exact same thing. I spend less time on here also now, but dont worry if you or others continue to post on the chakra thread there will still be plenty of help and advice, I for one feel I have so much more to learn about the chakras. Caveman is a great "teacher" , I know we dont have any teachers, we all learn from each other but he seems to be able to write down things very well.

MSN!!! That can be a time grabber too, more than this web site Id say! Especially when it starts bleeping at you and flashing in 3 windows. Ive cut down on that time thief also
However i do love being able to talk on a more one to one level, so I guess that like ATS I cant give up entirely.

Nice to hear from you kappo.

Anyone know of any really descriptive palmistry websites?

I have a bunch of new lines that I'm trying to figure out, I didn't think they changed, but some guy told me they did and now I clearly see they do.

I bet you all have a psychic triangle, mine is forming. You might have a peacocks eye on your finger tips, its supposed to be rare and mean higher protection or perception.

As well I think I have these other lines, like a spiritual one bridging from the head into some other minor one. And as well, I never had a travel line but now I got a deep one going right into the fate line, which is supposed to mean a life changing travel. The line looks so fresh its kind of white, and looks like a scratch, only its not.

Theres lots of other little ones too, stuff that implies lucid dreaming or other stuff. I can't find any good websites.

Anyone know of any? I'm not asking you to look for me, just if you know of any?

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. I haven't been posting lately, i've been absorbed in other matters, well you know if you want to talk to me you only have to send me a message.

Some good posts here lately.

Alright I have to go get food... then meditation, then telekinesis! then writing, always writing.
