FBI "lured" to stolen car carrying explosive device and Iraqi currency

"The FBI is now involved in the theft of a car after it was found in Los Lunas with an explosive device and Iraqi currency inside"

Now the FBI says they're ruling out terrorism, yet they were "lured" to a stolen car with an explosive device with also just under a grand in Iraqi currency.

Yes ,Iraqi's currency is a great help in a New Mexico. "I need a refuel, take two kilograms of Dinars...". Whoever did it must think that FBI guys are very stupid or very "eager" to use this eerrr evidence.

It doesn't say much about why the were lured, or why it was Iraqi currency, we can assume anything.

It's just odd that Iraqi currency was used. Even the explanation for the person they arrested seems out of place in this situation.
