Here's my first go at it:

We've accomplished much conflict on a massive scale.
Above all, we created comprehensive suffering, shared by all, so that there can be no peace. [crowd boo]
America stands committed to further destruction, broken treaties, persistent poverty, and deceitful dictators in the world; including my own government. [drum roll]
We will one day be mad, but not destroyed.

I saw Robin Williams take the absolute mickey out of Bush one day. Amazing as it was 'off the cuff', a reporter just bumped into him on the street and asked him a question and well, I laughed so much.
