What Happened to Reserves? Banned!

The banning of national grain reserves was made explicit in the 1995 World Trade Organization tenets, and before that, was part of the years-long talks by the GATT (UN General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), on how to "reform" world agriculture. The sophism used was that, citizens of every nation had a "right" to access their food on world markets, and not rely on developing their own national food and farm systems. Only Japan has defied this WTO globaloney, and still maintains a "ricebowl reserve."

It seems "they" want population reduction. Georgia guide stones say the same thing, Kissinger wanted to use food as a weapon, and now the doomsday seed vault is in place, maybe "they" want to be sure some seeds remain in case the hungry people start rioting and destroying stuff

There is a wicked rumour that those who want poulation control are even trying to figure out how they can ban private food gardens.

If you want proof that demonic possesion is real, look no further than the men and women who are trying to reduce the worlds population.

Here is a hint; there are certain edible nutritious things which no eugenics loving population control freak will ever be able get rid of weeds and fungi.

I worked with a guy, years ago who had a brother who traveled accross the country building giant silos for the government.
I have always wondered what that meant.
Could it be that they are planning to put all the food supplies under their control?
I don't know.
I heard this story years ago, how these international organizations were trying to get the Eastern African tribes to end their practice of maintaining their own village food supply storage system.
They were told to not save food and to depend on the government to feed them.
We live in a sick world.

These guys are seriously frightening. Everything they do and everything they try to do .. yikes. Control our food. Our water. Our vaccinations. Our right to raise our children as we see fit. Our right to bear arms to protect ourselves. Double YIKES!

This looks like some fear mongering disinfo. I'm not even sure what exact idea the OP and the link is trying to convey, but most countries have a national grain reserve. How about posting a link the the 1995 UN action that "banned national grain reserves" ?

Take a look at how India handles their grain reserves - horribly. It has millions of tons of grain that is simply rotting away in warehouses.

Hunger is widespread in India. It is said that at least 50 million Indians are on the brink of starvation and over 200 million Indians are underfed. This, when a 60-million-ton surplus of foodgrains is rotting in various government warehouses in the country.

That so many are hungry despite overflowing granaries is a damning indictment of the government’s public distribution system (PDS). The PDS is a network of about 460,000 ration shops across the country through which grains, sugar, cooking oil and so on are sold at subsidized rates.

However, most of India’s poor, such as those who starved to death in Orissa and Rajasthan, cannot afford to buy the grains even at these subsidized rates. Many of them do not possess the Below Poverty Line (BPL) cards that entitle them to purchase at subsidized rates in ration shops. In several cases, the desperately poor have mortgaged their BPL cards to moneylenders or local traders.

Anyway, that LaRouch guy and his whole movement consists of a bunch of maniacs. LaRouch himself and his followers are a bunch of crypto-fascist (however that rubs you). I have some fascist tendencies, so I do agree with some of what he says. I'd say this guy (who has ran for president somewhere around 8 times) is trying to gain support by creating a we-are-victim worldview.

This guy has his own paramilitary security force because he thinks "they" are out to get him.

I found that "UN General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade" here. At first look I don;t understand a thing, if someone can look at it and say if indeed UN wants countries not to stock food as the article from above says

stocks of products which form an integral part of a food security programme identified
in national legislation. This may include government aid to private storage of products
as part of such a programme.
