I saw that thread about the food supplies running low, but I think this deserves it's own thread :

What Happened to Reserves? Banned!

The banning of national grain reserves was made explicit in the 1995 World Trade Organization tenets, and before that, was part of the years-long talks by the GATT (UN General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), on how to "reform" world agriculture. The sophism used was that, citizens of every nation had a "right" to access their food on world markets, and not rely on developing their own national food and farm systems. Only Japan has defied this WTO globaloney, and still maintains a "ricebowl reserve."

It seems "they" want population reduction. Georgia guide stones say the same thing, Kissinger wanted to use food as a weapon, and now the doomsday seed vault is in place, maybe "they" want to be sure some seeds remain in case the hungry people start rioting and destroying stuff

There is a wicked rumour that those who want poulation control are even trying to figure out how they can ban private food gardens.

If you want proof that demonic possesion is real, look no further than the men and women who are trying to reduce the worlds population.

Here is a hint; there are certain edible nutritious things which no eugenics loving population control freak will ever be able get rid of weeds and fungi.

I worked with a guy, years ago who had a brother who traveled accross the country building giant silos for the government.
I have always wondered what that meant.
Could it be that they are planning to put all the food supplies under their control?
I don't know.
I heard this story years ago, how these international organizations were trying to get the Eastern African tribes to end their practice of maintaining their own village food supply storage system.
They were told to not save food and to depend on the government to feed them.
We live in a sick world.
"You are not under attack! Repeat. You are not under attack! Be calm.
Just do nothing! The Government is coming to help you!"
Help you die.

These guys are seriously frightening. Everything they do and everything they try to do .. yikes. Control our food. Our water. Our vaccinations. Our right to raise our children as we see fit. Our right to bear arms to protect ourselves. Double YIKES!

This looks like some fear mongering disinfo. I'm not even sure what exact idea the OP and the link is trying to convey, but most countries have a national grain reserve. How about posting a link the the 1995 UN action that "banned national grain reserves" ?

You must really want to believe that they are out to get YOU!

Take a look at how India handles their grain reserves - horribly. It has millions of tons of grain that is simply rotting away in warehouses.

Hunger is widespread in India. It is said that at least 50 million Indians are on the brink of starvation and over 200 million Indians are underfed. This, when a 60-million-ton surplus of foodgrains is rotting in various government warehouses in the country.

That so many are hungry despite overflowing granaries is a damning indictment of the government’s public distribution system (PDS). The PDS is a network of about 460,000 ration shops across the country through which grains, sugar, cooking oil and so on are sold at subsidized rates.

However, most of India’s poor, such as those who starved to death in Orissa and Rajasthan, cannot afford to buy the grains even at these subsidized rates. Many of them do not possess the Below Poverty Line (BPL) cards that entitle them to purchase at subsidized rates in ration shops. In several cases, the desperately poor have mortgaged their BPL cards to moneylenders or local traders.

``There is every chance of an epidemic breaking out because of the stagnant sea-water, unremoved bodies and animal carcasses,'' said Dr Avashia, who is a general practitioner in the local Tarba hospital. Adding to threat is tonnes of food grain rotting in the warehouses. Already, there have been cases of gastroenteritis and viral fever.

District Magistrate Mukesh Puri said they had started spraying DDT and gamaxene powder as a precautionary measure. The KPT has constituted a team under the port health officer and a sanitary inspector to examine the grain in the warehouses. ``But most probably we will have to dump it in the sea or burn the entire stock worth Rs 40 to 50 crore,'' said the traffic officer. [about $12.5 million USD)

"Larouche proposes an alternate theory for the global climate change saying 'The Crab Nebula emits cosmic rays which have significant effect on developments in the earth's atmosphere.'

Anyway, that LaRouch guy and his whole movement consists of a bunch of maniacs. LaRouch himself and his followers are a bunch of crypto-fascist (however that rubs you). I have some fascist tendencies, so I do agree with some of what he says. I'd say this guy (who has ran for president somewhere around 8 times) is trying to gain support by creating a we-are-victim worldview.

Here is what some critics say about him:

Though often dismissed as a bizarre political cult, the LaRouche organization and its various front groups are a fascist movement whose pronouncements echo elements of Nazi ideology….Beginning in the 1970s, the LaRouchites combined populist antielitism with attacks on leftists, environmentalists, feminists, gay men and lesbians, and organized labor. They advocated a dictatorship in which a 'humanist' elite would rule on behalf of industrial capitalists. They developed an idiosyncratic, coded variation on the Illuminati Freemason and Jewish banker conspiracy theories. Their views, though exotic, were internally consistent and rooted in right-wing populist traditions."

He is an interesting study as far as conspiracy theorists go, very hard core.

In 1973, according to some press accounts, the NCLC [organized by LaRouche] adopted violent and disruptive tactics under LaRouche's direction. According to the Village Voice, NCLC members physically attacked meetings of the Communist Party and later of the SWP, and other groups who were classed by LaRouche as "left-protofascists." According to the New York Times, they also attacked CP members on the street and used nunchaku. LaRouche called these attacks "Operation Mop-up."[31][32]

HAHAHA. Anti CP street Ninjas!

This guy has his own paramilitary security force because he thinks "they" are out to get him.

"I have a major personal security problem…[Without the permits] the assassination teams of professional mercenaries now being trained in Canada and along the Mexico border may be expected to start arriving on the streets of Leesburg…If they come, there will be many people dead or mutilated within as short an interval as 60 seconds of fire."

"Since late 1973, I have been repeatedly the target of serious assassination threats and my wife has been three times the target of attempted assassination…My enemies are the circles of McGeorge Bundy, Henry Kissinger, Soviet President Yuri Andropov, W. Averell Harriman, certain powerful bankers, and the Socialist and Nazi Internationals, as well as international drug traffickers, Colonel Gadaffi, Ayatollah Khomaini and the Malthusian lobby."[74]

He's also a open homophobe and thinks that people with Aids, and gays, should basically be wards of the state, or killed. by children.

They're already beating up gays with baseball bats around the country! Children are going to playgrounds, they go in with baseball bats, and they find one of these gays there, pederasts, trying to recruit children, and they take their baseball bats and they beat them up pretty bad. They'll kill one sooner or later. In Chicago, they're beating up gays that are hanging around certain schools, pederasts; children go out with baseball bats and beat them up-which is perfectly moral; they have the civil right to do that! It's a matter of children's civil rights!

– Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr., "The End of the Age of Aquarius?" EIR (Executive Intelligence Review), January 10, 1986, p. 40

It's a matter of children's civil rights! Hahahha.

Very interesting guy. He's like Alex Jones x 1000.

I found that "UN General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade" here. At first look I don;t understand a thing, if someone can look at it and say if indeed UN wants countries not to stock food as the article from above says

Expenditures (or revenue foregone) in relation to the accumulation and holding of
stocks of products which form an integral part of a food security programme identified
in national legislation. This may include government aid to private storage of products
as part of such a programme.
The volume and accumulation of such stocks shall correspond to predetermined
targets related solely to food security. The process of stock accumulation and disposal
shall be financially transparent. Food purchases by the government shall be made at
current market prices and sales from food security stocks shall be made at no less than
the current domestic market price for the product and quality in question.
