Officials: Deputy Shocks Girl, 11, With Taser At Elementary School

So im to believe that a cop has no other method to restrain a 11yr old child?
And to have done this in front of other children,sounds more like conditioning to me.
Yes,the 11yr old punched an officer,but I highly doubt that it was neccesary to tase the kid.
Cops are unable to take down a 11yr old without tasing?
What kind of wimps are on the police force nowdays?
Tasing is becoming all to common,and due to the risks of tasing people,it should be reconsidered.

I've always sided with the tasered persons on these kind of things, but this one, well, I think the girl had it coming to her. She attacked a police officer, spit on teachers and didn't do one thing they asked her to. Instead she became more agitated and caused even more trouble. I think if someone had punched me in the face and given me a bloody nose, I might have tasered them, out of fear if nothing else. This kid sounds like a real brat.
