Does anyone know of a documented leak from a level 4 lab?

I don't personally know of any, but I have been on the hunt for leaked government document's. So far I haven't found much of anything good.

Don't know if this counts, but I just recently heard of a woman at a lab accidentally scraping herself with eboli virus. Heard it on the news so I don't have any links to it.

How long ago did you hear about that? I'm sure there's gotta be sumthing about it online.

i only know of a leak in a level 6 lab.
if this facility 1 or 2 ?

Sorry, I haven't heard anything about it, and I've been searching for some info on the same thing. The last documented leak I heard about was an Anthrax leak from a military lab in 2002.
