While many Cubans may welcome this new freedom, maybe the Cuban government has finally figured out what other's knew all along. You don't have to get people to agree to be chipped - just offer them a cell phone and all is revealed. It's just so much more efficient than a chip. The handy dandy cell phone now works as a location device, an eavesdropping device, a camera and any number of other things to keep you "safe". Welcome Cuba - To the land of the free!

At least the U.S. may finally have access to some decent cigars now.
