Fascist regimes will always come to embrace war as a continuation of their policies. A fascist regime will inevitably become a society that will embrace force to achieve it ends, so I'm not wrong.

Unless you want to call any state that has been in perpetual warfare for over a certain period of time a Fascist state.

In that case, would the USA and UK not be considered Fascist states?

Violence and war are not the sole preserve of fascism.
