Making this thread proves I'm still a newbie at heart I guess!
I want to know if I have to pay multiple times to change something after I've purchased it in the ATS store.
For example if I buy a special background colour, but then don't like it, do I have to pay to change it from say... red to blue? Or is there a way I
can infinitely alter it once I've unlocked it?
