Probably Cause for criminal investigation

I believe there is enough probable cause to detain George Bush and his cronies, and subject them to an investigation dealing with government involvement in 9/11.

Would it be possible to have him brought into a police station holding room, and questioned about his potential involvement in 9/11? Have a detective ask him questions, submit him to a polygraph.

If there is enough probably cause (I believe there is, just look at all his connections to the Bin Laden family), why is he not being questioned by a police force?

Can anyone here get in contact with someone who could get this in motion?
