i saw a documentery on cable about drug use...and they said that 70% of all people incarcerated for drug crimes were simply guilty of use and posession in the u.s.. and that is from a population numbering in the hundreds of thousands of prison inmates. needless to say the government is REAL serious about illegal drugs.

If it were just about headaches in dealing with lawsuits, I thought thats what Disclaimers were for.

Or, the owners really do know the absolute TRUTH, and thus it is okay for them to decide what is good or bad, right and wrong.

If it were about legality, then they would also move threads like Home Built Cruise missiles. oh, but probably not, because there is a disclaimer in the OP not to try this.
So if there is a disclaimer on possible illegal activity, then its ok?

Its just weird I guess, to think that kids messing around with information that leads to smoking pot seems a little less harmless than kids messing around with information that could lead to sending a homemade missile into the school...
