Well, I don't think they have a very active recruiting policy. If you want to be one of the ground troops, I think being a Jesuit monk might help.

If you're looking for more of a management-type position, I think you pretty much need to be really rich, but not famous. If you inherited a billion
or so from dear old dad, that would probably help. Then I suppose they contact you, after running some secret tests on you to determine whether or
not you can be trusted. Trusted under threat of death.
It's actually a tough position to get, and you don't really get paid for it, other than knowing you helped maintain the secret wealth structure of
the planet. Which is something, I guess. No slackers need apply.
