wikipedia?

i go to that site whenever i want to read up on a particular subject. however, i've heard alot of what's wrriten on there is bogus.

would any of yall know for sure?

Wikipedia articles can generally be edited by just about anyone. It's usually a good starting point for reference material, but check the sources and do your own research if it's on a topic important to you.

How credible is... anything online.

I've wiki'ed stuff before and known the info to be wrong, but it's made by the public for the public. The whole point is that it constantly evolves as long as people are willing to do the editing.

About as reliable as Encyclopedia Britannica. That's what my mom's professor reported anyways.
