Could anyone recommend a daily supplement that can promote memory retention, concentration and focus? The demands of a VERY stressful job, a young
family, lack of sleep, etc is starting to take it toll!
That's a toughy.. It depends on your diet/routine/metabolism/fitness..
It would be difficult trying to recommend something without knowing all the facts..
What I can say is,exercise gets rid of stress,helps you sleep and raises concentration levels.
You can't go wrong with multivitamins if you skip meals due to work/stress.
I can mention a thermabolic supplement and creatine gives me a 'boost' in the mornings and at the gym,
but not recommended for specific 'concentration' as it makes you feel a little 'edgy'.
Trying to focus on my work after these is tricky as they make me want to get up and do something more active.
Coffee sends me to sleep though so,nothing works the same in different people.
