Politicians always wear traditional garb of the cultures they visit. You can find pics of Obama wearing turban (you probably saw some of the media furor over that), but he's not Muslim. A quick google search and you can find pics of Bush and the Clinton's dressed in traditional Chinese and Japanese clothing. Part of being a politician is appealing to your audience, in the case McCain and said photos--well, that audience would be Jews. No?

Now obviously it's not just about the headgear; and clearly you're insinuating that these photos imply some sort of NWO conspiracy...now perhaps there is a conspiracy, but I don't see exactly what you think these photos are elucidating.
