As u mean pop it u mean pop the whole eye like burst it? wouldent u be blind anyway because u popped it?

I only meant "pop" as in it is shaped like a ballon, only with a fluid inside. It won't 'explode' if you prick a hole in it, but it will probably loose some shape due to some escaping fluid.

And no, you won't go blind, but you will loose some vision. Again, the rohopsin (light-receptors) are located on the retina at the back of the eye, and as long as light reaches them, you see something.

The fluid in the eye is called vitreous fluid. The eye deflates like a balloon when this fluid is removed.

The vitreous humour (British spelling) or vitreous humor (U.S. spelling) is the clear gel that fills the space between the lens and the retina of the eyeball of humans and other vertebrates. It is often referred to as the vitreous body or simply "the vitreous".
