CIA 'Kidnapping' Trial resumes in Italy

rawstory.com

Osama Mustafa Hassan, an imam better known as Abu Omar, was snatched from a Milan street on February 17, 2003, in an operation coordinated by the CIA and Italian military intelligence.

Abu Omar was transferred to a high-security prison outside Cairo, where he was held for four years. After his release in February 2007, he told of torture and humiliation during his incarceration such as being forced to defecate on the floor of his cell.

The trial is the first in Europe over the CIA's so-called "extraordinary rendition" programme under which it has secretly transferred terror suspects to third countries known to practise torture.

Abu Omar's seizure was thought to be among scores of secret abductions around the world since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Boy, this sure seems to be a recurring theme as of late. The CIA whisking away people off to secret prisons and holding them without charge and torturing them. Looks like FOREIGN countries may be the only place that any charges will ever be brought about, as the states justice system is a total joke.

Yup, DD, the CIA seems to do whatever they want, with no accountability
here in the U.S.

Can you imagine the horror of being taken away like that?

There's a movie called Rendition, about this... pretty scary.

I'm not normally FOR another country trying to convict any of our guys,
except in a case like this, tho.

Add this to the list of your tax money being thrown away to defend the bad guys.
Enough of these case and we will have an army of lawyers who will be so expert in destroying the rights of ordinary people.
Good luck, when it happens to us, and that is what we will be up against.
Lawyers vetted for the dark side and everyone else intimidated.
We are in big trouble.

I can't even begin to imagine what having 4 years of your life snatched away would feel like. But what I can understand is the hate that it would leave you with.

Lets hope that a different legal system can stop, or at least expose these disgusting acts.

The kidnapping of Abu Omar was demanded by the unified EU secret service, because had he remained in Italy, magistrates investigating on his real ties to terrorism, would have discovered how the EU trained Abu Omar and many others in terrorist camps across Europe and the middle east.

After a few years another person "Nicola Calipari" got involved in information regarding this kidnapping and started to slowly understand, how the Italian secret services and other EU secret services were running terrorism, and were also filming the fake Bin Laden videos from either Milan TV studios, or from Saxarubra in Rome.
Calipari was sent on a quasi-fake mission in Iraq to rescue Journalist Giuliana Sgrena. By that time, he had almost completely figured out, how the EU runs terrorism, takfirism, and the Muslim Brotherhood across the whole world. That also includes asian countries.

The Italian Armed Forces supreme command and intelligence supreme command together with the Government demanded US troops to shoot and kill Calipari before he returned to Italy.

The 2 episodes were also exploited further by Italian and European media to exacerbate anti-american hatred in Europe and across the world.
