Many of the sources actually come from intercepted Chinese documents or radio messages
or investigations by the International Committee of Jurists based on a variety of sources including escaped Tibetan exiles.
The International Committee of Jurists found that 69,517 of those deaths occurred in battles around Xining in the Tibetan province of Amdo. China does not even recognise this ethnic Tibetan province as part of the former Tibet and calls the province Qinghai.
During the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties, owing to its developing agriculture, Xining was paid more attention due to its economic and martial significance. As well as being the important hinge between the central plains and the western part of China in ancient time, Xining was the most common passing channel of the famous Silk Road. Until now, it is still the only road by which to enter the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
China's own population statistics show a decline in Qinghai's population in 1959 from 477,994 to just 408,132 in 1963.
If Tibetan culture was so horrible and rife with slavery, how astounding then that so many were prepared to lay down their lives in defence of that culture
There are varying accounts depending on your definition of what constituted Tibet, from 343,000 to 413,151 Tibetan deaths. The higher figure includes the entire ethnic Tibetan region of Kham, Amdo and Tibet.
And where is the evidence of this?

You have to have proof of that first

Funny that. You call them compatriots. The PLA call Tibetans the enemy.

Here ya go Chinawhite... the link, and just because a pro-Tibetan site has a copy of it does not mean it is not true. It appears there in the same word and form as every other book I have looked it up in.

I just told you what NOT to post as a source and you go ahead and post it anyway

No, Chinese is the name of ethnically and linguistically distinct Nazi like invaders.
Tibet is the name of the Country which China invaded in 1949.
Tibetans are Ethnically related to the Burmese and have a spoken language totally unlike yours.
Tibetans have their own language, culture and religion, but hey thanks for sharing with us how little you know.
